Terms of Service: National Safe Co. of America, Inc.

Our Two Year Warranty

All products manufactured by National Safe Co. of America, Inc., which was established May 20, 2008, carry a warranty to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from original date of purchase (excluding all electronics and hinges locks). Electronics, locks, and hinges will fall under the specific manufacturer's warranties -- National Safe DOES NOT provide a warranty on any or all of these products that are not manufactured by us. These warranties apply only to new safes, boxes and lockers purchased from National Safe Co. of America, Inc. or its authorized dealers. Proof of purchase must be provided so as to establish date of purchase and supplying dealer.

National Safe shall, at its option, repair or replace the goods and any defective part or unit. To obtain service on this warranty the unit must be delivered to National Safe or to one of its authorized dealers. Authorization must be received from National Safe prior to performance of any warranty work.

Improper installation, use, lack of proper maintenance or accidental damage will nullify this warranty. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is offered. This warranty cannot be changed, modified, enlarged or altered without direct written consent from National Safe. National Safe is not responsible for consequential damage, incidental expenses or personal injury. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. National Safe will at no time be responsible or liable to you for damages, which may include lost merchandise, savings, profits or other damages that may occur out of the use or inability to use these products.

Note: Any items manufactured prior to May 20, 2008, are the sole responsibility of ArCee Capital Corporation. Call us if you need ArCee Capital Corporation's address or number.

Return Goods Authorization

Returned goods can only be accepted after the buyer notifies National Safe in writing and National Safe grants permission to do so. NOTE: Non-standard or custom made orders cannot be returned. All other returned goods must be shipped pre-paid and will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge. A return goods authorization number must be obtained and the number must be affixed to all returned packages. An additional charge will be applied for excessive damage on a per unit basis.

Order Cancellation

Once a purchase order has been received and confirmed by National Safe the sales order is in process. A cancellation charge of 10% to 100% will apply, depending upon the status of the order within the manufacturing process. If you need to cancel an order, contact National Safe immediately!

Shipping and Delivery World-Wide

National Safe will be glad to ship and deliver your purchased item for you. We work with a wide array of shippers that handle our products whether the final destination is in the U.S. or almost anywhere world-wide. In addition, National Safe is authorized to file the required export information electronically through the Automated Export System (AES).

Payment

National Safe will be glad to process your order. Please contact us regarding payment terms. Credit cards are accepted, but will include a 5% processing fee.
